About Me
Hello!! My name is Monika and I created Monika’s Cooking Corner to
celebrate how fun and delicious cooking can be! I was born in
Poland and came to the States when I was 16 years old. I come from
a big and close family (my mom had 7 siblings) who would meet on
weekends to cook or bake. My mom loved cooking for her family and
friends and would create her own recipes. Well, my mom passed away
in 2013 and left her amazing recipes for me so I can teach my
daughter our Polish traditions. I hope the recipes that I share
will inspire you to try cooking with your family.
